Managing loss and grief is much easier said than done. Some may say that "time heals... and I should be ok".

Regardless of time, some of us are still grieving in one way or another... A familiar scene, music, food, event, etc may trigger that memory of our loved ones and friends, etc. When this happens, what can I do?

In this talk, Alice will be sharing with us how to manage the loss and grief of those who had gone ahead of us. And how we can prepare ourselves for those who are with us here today and gone ‘tomorrow’.

Participants will also be given practical handles to release their losses and grief in this talk.
