The word mentoring can seem daunting to many of us. As much as we want to mentor others, and wanting to be mentored, there is this part of us that says ‘I am not good enough’.
Mentoring is not about counselling. It is not controlling. It is about the heart! Mentoring is about life influencing life. It is about being yourself and allowing yourself to be vulnerable with each other.
In this talk, Alice will share with us what it takes to mentor and how mentoring others can be a growth and blessing to one’s life. You will also get to hear her mentees sharing their personal journey in their mentoring experience with Alice.
