Jane will touch on four simple phrases:
“Please forgive me”
“Goodbye”
“Thank you”
“I love you”
Soaking and meditating on the word and understanding how to apply these four phrases to mend and nurture our relationships and inner lives. Fostering these as our lifestyle and conveying them can help us resolve interpersonal difficulties with courage and grace.
About Jane Goh
Jane Goh has been a mental health practitioner and clinician for 16 years. Trained in Art Therapy, Bowen Therapy, Fine Arts and Psychiatric Rehabilitation, she is a strong believer in integrating different disciplines to pilot new programmes for all age groups. She played an instrumental role in establishing programmes that involves integrating different expressive approaches with sports and other forms of therapy.
Her passion is in creating awareness on mental health and providing interventions that enhances a person’s self-worth and restores self-esteem, which are essential in the journey of recovery and social integration.
Jane enjoys spending time in sports and arts and dedicates the rest of her time to coaching, teaching and guiding people in their profession and spiritual growth.
