About Christina Cheng
Christina Cheng is the Singapore honorary director of Israeli founded Theory of Constraints for Education (TOC), a not-for-profit education foundation.
She is passionate about enriching the lives of marginalized communities through system change and conflict transformation. She has spearheaded numerous regional TOC initiatives in diverse sectors and advises various international NGOs.
Christina is also a SUSS post graduate instructor in Systems Thinking for Transformative Strategy for the non-profit sector and a recipient of the prestigious Rotary Peace Fellowship. Prior to her involvement in social services, Christina worked as a private equity director with various international investment banks. She is a member of Barker Road Methodist Church.
