Daily conflict is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to lead to division.  Based on the Theory of Constraints, a powerful framework founded by Dr Elihayu Goldratt in Israel, this session teaches principles of peacemaking to transform how we approach conflict.

Using Biblically based strategies learn how to identify key barriers to reconciliation, overcome polarization, and dismantle false dichotomies that limit solutions.

Discover how small shifts in perspective can transform conflicts and leave better equipped to navigate complex situations with creative new approaches.

Embrace God’s call to peacemaking and foster harmony in relationships at home, work, and community.
