No one likes to get angry. So – what can we do when anger knocks at our door?
Anger is a complicated emotion. And many of us believe or were taught that it will take care of itself when we leave it alone. Unfortunately, this is not always the case.
Anger does not disappear. And when it is mismanaged, it can cause more pain and hurt to ourselves and our loved ones. Hence, affecting the many relationships around us.
In this talk, we will explore some of these underlying causes of anger. And how to make sense of anger through self-reflection for increased emotional awareness.
Alice will walk us through a practical session to have a better understanding of our emotion before anger. This will help us to better manage our anger in an informed manner before anger finds its way to manage us.
