A lot of mental illnesses can be the result of trauma and toxic relationships. The closest people to us who can potentially cause this are members of our family.
Join us as we discuss toxic relationships and how to deal with them in a godly way, especially in the context of family.
We will discuss:
- The definition of a toxic relationship
- How to know if you are in one
- How to take care of yourself in such a relationship
- The Biblical perspective of Honour in the family
- How to Keep Your Love On (and still stay sane & safe!)
We believe that we can be healthier wholistically in family, relationships, body, mind, soul and spirit the way the Lord design & wills it; when we learn to handle and deal with toxicity in our lives His way.
Come find out what He can do for you and your family too!
