Depression can be one of the most agonising emotions a person can experience. Yet depression is not just an emotion, it is an illness with well- established features, causative factors and treatments.

But there is also a spiritual dimension. When a person becomes depressed, his resistance to spiritual attacks crumbles, and this gives the enemy room to manoeuvre, to destroy faith, hope in God, and ultimately his life. It is common knowledge that some 15% of depression sufferers commit suicide, undoubtedly the work of demonic forces.

The task for the depressed and their counsellors is to repair the walls of their spiritual house to ward off invaders, and ultimately to emerge victorious at the end of a long dark tunnel.

Amid the doom and gloom there are answers to overcoming depression -victorious living. This talk will show you how this can be done. It is based on the recently released book Victorious Living in a Depressed World. Whether you are depressed or helping someone who is depressed, this talk is for you.
