This talk will focus on Ezekiel 36-39 as events in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries are rushing headlong to the inevitable conclusion as foretold. President Donald Trumph’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital on December 6th 2017 caused an international firestorm. The United Nations retaliated with a vengeance truly befitting the god of this world. (Zechariah 12:2)
In Syria, Russia is leading with Iran &Turkey in forming an alliance. Libya and Sudan are making overtures to join this confederation. (Ezekiel 38-39)
All over the world the nations are defying God in perversion &marriage re-definition. Some churches have followed the trend into apostasy. Many churches are scoffing at prophecy, and not teaching it. (2 Timothy 3:1-5; 2 Peter 2:3-4; Romans 1:24-28)
Each of these events is an important milestone, but the convergence of these events today is unparalleled in history. That we are in the last days today has never been so obvious.
The prophetic time clock has never revved so rapidly and loudly as today. Events are swarming the prophetic calendar as never before. The news reported today read like the pages of the Bible. The Bible is more current than tomorrow’s news.
About Wan Lai Meng
Born and educated in Singapore, Wan Lai Meng moved to Perth, Australia with his family in 1998. For nearly 30 years he held senior executive positions in several multi-national companies. He became a born-again Christian in 1986, and served in various capacities in the church in Singapore. After taking up seminary studies to improve his understanding of the Bible and to minister more effectively in his church, he decided to exit the business world to focus more intensely on the study of God's Word, the Bible, in 1997. Now ministering in small groups he is involved in preaching and teaching in both Singapore and Perth, Australia.
He has spent the last ten years in an intensive study of the Bible and has developed a great love for Israel and the Jewish people.
Out of which led him to writing the book ISRAEL A LIGHT UNTO THE NATIONS to illuminate the Church's understanding of Israel and to support and pray for her.
