Swee Eng was trained as a nurse for over 30 years and it was only in the last ten years that she learnt the principles of “Be in Health” from Pastor Henry Wright. The passing away of a close relative stirred her on the journey of learning and applying the principles.
Says Swee Eng: "More money is spent in building hospitals, training health care professionals and drug research than in health promotion and disease prevention. It is no different in the church, where little is taught about health and prevention of diseases from God’s perspective. “Generally Christians invest more in medical insurance and medical consultation than on time and effort to learn God’s principles of walking in health."
