The golden age of the Earth has finally arrived, the fulfilment of all God’s unilateral and unconditional promises to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, & Israel in the Millennium. However, the Millennium, or the 1,000 years reign of Jesus on earth at the 4th Temple in Jerusalem (Ez.40-48) confounds more Christians than ever.
We believe that since Jesus died for us why would there even be a need for a Temple? However, Ezekiel 37:26-28 clearly prophesied about a future Temple (sanctuary) of God in the midst of Israel: “...and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore. My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people. And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.
This study takes a premillennial dispensation approach in studying the Bible.
The approach is to take these chapters literally: when Jesus returns at His 2nd Coming He will set up His 1,000-year rule over the earth. He will rule from His holy mountain in fulfillment of numerous prophecies - Ps.48:1; Isa.11:9; 25:6; 66:20; Ez.20:40; Mic.4:1; Dan.2:35b. Mic.4:1: But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.
ABOUT WAN LAI MENG
Born and educated in Singapore, Wan Lai Meng moved to Perth, Australia with his family in 1998. For nearly 30years he held senior executive positions in several multi-national companies. He became a born-again Christian in 1986, and served in various capacities in the church in Singapore.
After taking up seminary studies to improve his understanding of the Bible and to minister more effectively in his church, he decided to exit the business world to focus more intensely on the study of God's Word, the Bible, in 1997. Now ministering in small groups he is involved in preaching and teaching in both Singapore and Perth, Australia.
He has spent the last ten years in an intensive study of the Bible and has developed a great love for Israel and the Jewish people. Out of which led him to writing the book ISRAEL A LIGHT UNTO THE NATIONS to illuminate the Church's understanding of Israel and to support and pray for her.
